Terms and Conditions

All items are offered for sale subject to availability.

Prices are in Euros; shipping and insurance are extra to be paid for by the client.

By placing an order we will reserve the item, calculate costs of postage or shipping and inform you of the total amount due.
We will email you a pro forma invoice, and a user ID and password to proceed to the credit card payment page.

PAYMENT :
We accept all major credit cards [except Diners] through our on line e banking service with Alpha bank.
See: ”How to Order.” We also accept bank transfers in Euros direct to our account.

Upon payment goods will be dispatched as soon as possible. We will send you an email with tracking number of your shipment

POSTAGE:
Postage will normally be registered, signed for. There are some restrictions to various countries in which case we would use our courier.
For more valuable items we would recommend sending by courier.
Insurance is extra.

All goods will remain the property of the company until payment has been received in full.

Should any item prove unsatisfactory it may be returned for a full refund provided it is returned to us in the same condition as supplied, within ten days, at the expense of the buyer using the same method of shipment, properly wrapped and insured.
